Description
Have you always wanted to get the precision of ruler work but were afraid to try? Let me show you how to become a pro at ruler work on both domestic machine (free motion ruler foot is mandatory) and longarm (ruler foot and ruler base is mandatory). We will have a private Facebook group for this class, so that even if you cannot join us during the live class, you will be able to see a recording and enjoy interaction with your classmates. Your kit will include all the supplies (even a longarm ruler) to be successful in this class!! You will also receive a student handout via pdf format to print out. We will run this class over a four week period with a virtual lesson each week. Kit is included in price of class.
I would love to learn how to free motion quilt. I use a Husqvarna Brilliance 75. I’d also like to learn to use rulers. So, when you are ready to start the “Beginning Your Journey in Free Motion Quilting” again, please let me know. Thanks so very much!

I’m very interested in this class. I bought a used HQSixteen long arm about a year ago and would love to learn ruler work. What’s included in the kit and what do I need to have for the class besides the ruler base?
The kit includes a longarm ruler, grip tape, drawing disc, and preprinted top fabric for the class. I hope to see you in class!!!
Are the dates listed for this course in 2022? Or are the classes prerecorded?
Hi! These dates are for 2022. The classes are not prerecorded. I do them live via zoom and record each weeks meeting. I post the link to the recording in our private Facebook group, so that people can watch it over again if needed, or if they couldn’t attend the live meeting, they can watch at a later date. The recordings are available for three months from the start of class.
Hi Jane. Is this class appropriate for beginners? I am very interested in this class. I’ve never done ruler work and I quilt on a domestic machine, not a long arm.
Will the kits be shipped to us? If so, is shipping included?
