Well, here we are at the end of Summer and it is so hard to believe!!!
This has been a busy month with grandkids and Summer stuff, but I did manage to get a few quilts done!!
First up is the edge to edge quilts:
Ellen made these two beautiful and fun quilts. This pattern was found in Jordan Fabrics, Grants Pass, Oregon. “Secret Window” is the free pattern.

Ellen also had a table topper and a one block wonder quilt. The back of the one block wonder quilt was just as beautiful!!!

Moving on to the custom quilts….
Next up is this quilt from Wendy. This is Rosa Biddlecom and it is a reproduction from a pattern from Margaret Mew. We wanted to keep the quilting fairly simple on this.

Then there is this quilt from Mary Ann. This is Louisa’s Rose Garden pattern from Circa 1860. The original quilt was owned by Whitney Conard. I just love how quilts have such a history to them!!!

Beth made a second Sunflower quilt, which is my last custom quilt this month. This is my third Sunflower Quilt that I have quilted and the second one for her. Sometimes trying to come up with different ideas is quite a challenge.

Welcome to my new followers!!
Recently, I participated in a Online Free Motion Quilting Summit. To those of you that have recently joined after participating in that, I want to say “Welcome” and thanks for following along!!!!
Quilter’s Paradise Free Online Summit
I had the opportunity to participate in another online quilting summit that is September 21-25, 2026. This is a free event which is a week of awesome classes from amazing instructors. There are 30+ classes from piecing to projects to machine quilting and more.
How does this work? You can sign up for free using my Affiliate link below. Once the Summit starts, you will get access to several classes each day (48 hours access) for five days. If you decide to upgrade to an All Access Pass (this allows you to have lifetime access to watch the classes plus additional bonuses), I do receive a commission from that purchase.
Sign Up for the Free Event Here!!!
I don’t write a blog post very often, but I will post more about this Online Summit over the next week or so. It is such a great opportunity to get free education that I don’t want anyone to miss out. I have a lot more details to share and will even post a list of classes that will be offered. On a personal level, I cannot wait to watch all of these classes!!!
