This week will be all about the Posy Twist fabric collection from Island Batik (a division of Lumin Fabrics). This line of fabric was designed by Jerry Khiev for me!!!
This fabric line just makes me so happy and really inspired me for designing some patterns. Today is about sharing the patterns that I wrote to go with this fabric line!!!
First up is Dancing Stars Quilt Pattern. This quilt measures approximately 55″ x 67″. This quilt goes together very quickly and easily. This is fat quarter friendly.
Next up is Twisted. I wanted to do a quilt that used a 2.5″ strip set and would work up fairly quickly. Sometimes you just need a quick quilt!!! This measures 59″ x 75″.
Next we have “Feeling Groovy”. Again, this is a very beginner friendly quilt with a play on color layout. This will measure approximately 69″ x 69″
Last, but not least, is “Starstruck”. This is a little bit more involved, but still is beginner friendly. This will measure approximately 81″ x 81″ when complete. If you love flying geese units, then this will be the quilt for you!!!

And here are some action shots taken by my granddaughter!!! I just noticed that I assembled the Twisted quilt sample differently than the pattern itself, which goes to show you that whichever way you orient the blocks it will still look great!!!
