Garden Blooms Fabric Line – Projects-Part 1

Posted on January 22, 2026January 21, 2026 by Jane Hauprich

I have the best group of quilting friends ever!!!! I had 15 quilt friends offer to make projects with this gorgeous fabric line. Garden Blooms by Jerry Khiev, is just amazingly soft and beautiful!!! A huge Thank you goes to Island Batik (a division of Lumin Fabrics), for entrusting this line of fabric to me!!!

I sure hope you enjoy seeing all of these projects as much as I have. Make sure you read all the way to the end to make sure that you see the details about the Giveaway!!

First up, is this gorgeous quilt by Claudia Porter of Create With Claudia. This is her Stained Glass pattern, which is available on her website. It uses a pack of 10″ precuts and background fabric. The scenery is just amazing also!!!

Next up, is from my longarm friend, Erin! She used the pattern, Cha, Cha, Cha! by Atkinson Designs. I love this table runner!!!

Ellen made this amazing table runner!! It is called, Spicy Spiral Table Runner by School House Quilts.

Debbie made this amazing bag!!! Don’t you just love that flower!!! Debbie followed the pattern for making a Jelly Roll Rug, but then adapted it for this beautiful bag!!

I absolutely love this beautiful fish that Andie made. This is from the pattern Rumpled Quilt Skins Checkerboard & Tiger Fish Patterns by RQS Productions.

Diane made a rug and some placemats that turned out fabulous!!!! She used the Jelly Roll Rug pattern by RJ Designs

This next beautiful quilt is by Mimi. The back of Mimi’s quilt is just as fabulous as the front!!! The pattern for the quilt top came from a book called New Cuts New Quilts by Karla Alexander and the pattern name is Aurora Aura.

I also made a couple of extra items besides my quilt patterns with this fabric.

That is all of the show and tell for today’s post. I will have a second post with the rest of the projects sometime next week.

GIVEAWAY!!!!!!

A fat quarter bundle and a charm pack (two winners) is the giveaway on my blog (winners will be randomly chosen).

What do you have to do to have a chance to win this giveaway? Just leave a comment on this blog post (or Part 2, which will come out next week) and you will be entered into the contest. Winners will be randomly chosen on 1/31/26. You will be contacted via email for your shipping address.

This will be limited to within the USA, due to shipping prices.

In the upcoming weeks, I will also be giving away a fat quarter bundle and two charm packs on Facebook or Instagram, so you will have more chances of winning!!!! Make sure you are following me there also!!

Thanks for following along!!! Happy Quilting!!

Jane, I love this new fabric line you’ve created! You continue to amaze me with how far you’ve progressed in the quilting world. Especially when I think back about the time when many of us took some of your first classes at Peggy’s quilt shop and critiqued your handouts and teaching techniques😍😍
