What a whirlwind the past couple of months have been. I can’t believe it is already April…..where has the time gone!!!
Many things have been going on here. I have been busy prepping for my classes at MQX. Student kits are ready along with a few other fun things!! Did I mention there would be door prizes!!! Woohoo!!! If you are in one of my classes, you will have a chance to win a door prize or two!!
I have been working on a couple of new products. I now have a new ruler that I am pretty excited about. This ruler can be used on a domestic machine with a free motion ruler foot and on a longarm. They are now available to purchase on my website and I will have them with me at MQX.
I love to teach quilters how to free motion quilt. Too many times I have heard my students say that they wish the design was on the fabric and they could stitch over it to get a feel for the design. Well, I have worked hard to get my new Skill Builder Whole Cloth Panel done and ready for everyone!! These panels are printed with water soluble ink and the packaging can tell you how to use them over and over, or use them one time. They are available in white fabric or black fabric on the store page.
While we are at it, I am really excited that I was asked to do a Feather collection for Quilt-Pro. For those that don’t know what Quilt-Pro is…..let me tell you…..it is a phenomenal quilt designing software that allows you to design your own quilts. I did a stencil collection for them which can be used by itself or within the Quilt-Pro software. If you are interested in purchasing either Quilt-Pro or a Designer Collection, here is a discount code for you: STITCHBYSTITCH
Hop over to the Quilt-Pro site and check it out!!!
If you follow me on social media, you will know that I have recently been quilting some panels from Hoffman Fabrics, called Dream Big. They are designed by: Jeanie Sumrall-Ajero. I was inspired to quilt these by my friend and fellow Handi Quilter Educator, Kelly Ashton. Here are two that I have done, and I may have a third one waiting for me to quilt!!! They are quite addictive.
Next week I am off to MQX and then I have a pretty busy April!! I will be travelling to Pinckney, Michigan for a Handi Quilter Event at S & B Quilting Studio, and then to Lancaster, PA to AAA Sew & Vac for a Handi Quilter Event.
I hope that everyone has a glorious Spring and I hope to check in with you within the next few weeks.
Happy Quilting!!!
Gorgeous work
Thank you so much!!!
