This past month I had a few minis to quilt for one of my customers and boy did I have fun with them.
This first mini quilt was made up of all half square triangles and used a mini charm pack of Elizabeth Hartman’s new line of fabric from Spring Quilt Market.
This next one is a tractor block from Lori Holt’s new book, Vintage Farm Girl. What a fabulous book this is with lots of great quilt blocks that you can either put together into one quilt or use separately for minis or other accessories. This mini is just so much fun!!
The quilt below is a paper-pieced Feathered Star mini. Ellen used a lot of Kaffe fabric for this one. The pieces on this are pretty tiny, but I think it turned out great!! The quilting on this sort of evolved as I went along. This quilt finishes up at about 14″ square.
I am having a hard time believing that it is already August. Where is the Summer going??
I have some more quilt pictures to share, but will do that later this week in another post. I hope you all have a wonderful week!!
Happy Quilting!!
